Brazil Delights


2 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup grated potato
1 cup quick oats
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup chopped brazil nuts
2 tablespoons wholemeal flour
2 tablespoons savoury yeast flakes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup soya milk
salt to taste

Chop brazil nuts in food processor.
Mix together all ingredients.
Line baking trays with Glad Bake and drop spoonfuls of mixture onto tray.
Bake in moderate oven for 30-40 minutes.
