Pecan Patties


1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup soya milk
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 tablespoons wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teasponn coriander

Combine all ingredients (use more flour if needed).
Form into patties and place on a Glad Bake lined tray.
Bake for 30-35 minutes in a moderate oven.
Serve with Onion Gravy or Tomato Sauce.
