Sunflower Balls


1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup golden walnuts
2 cups fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
1/4 cup wholemeal flour
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
1.5 teaspoon sea salt
3 medium onions

Process the seeds and nuts in the food processor until quite fine.
Place in a mixing bowl with the next five ingredients.
Process the onions until very fine and the juice has appeared.
Combine the onions with the dry ingredients using latex gloves on your hands. The moisture from the onions is enough to make the mixture hold together.
Roll into walnut sized balls and place on "glad bake" lined trays.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
